Deep fried shrimp and cheese in whitebait batter
Roughly chop the prepared shrimp and cut the processed cheese into cubes about 6-7mm thick
Combine shrimp and processed cheese in a bowl and divide into equal golf ball-sized pieces
Shape into a log and coat with a batter made from potato starch and dried whitebait
Place in oil heated to 160-170℃ and fry for 1-2 minutes. Remove to a wire rack and drain
Serve in a bowl and it's done. You can also use a wire rack to remove the melted cheese from the frying oil and sprinkle it on top like furikake
