Fried shrimp cheese with shirasu batter
Chop the shrimp that has been pre-treated into small pieces, and cut into 6-7mm cubes of the processed cheese.
Put the shrimp and processed cheese in a bowl, mix and divide it into equal parts about the size of a golf ball.
Shape it into a stick shape and sprinkle it with a batter made from potato starch and shirasu.
Place in frying oil heated to 160-170°C and fry for 1-2 minutes. Remove into a net and drain the oil.
Serve in a bowl and it's finished. You can also pull up the cheese that has already melted in the deep-fried oil with a net and sprinkle it on like a sprinkle.
