Crab cucumber rolls
Cut off the outer skin of the cucumber and peel it off.
Spread the peeled cucumber and wrap it around with the crab legs as a core. Once you've finished rolling, cut off both ends and cut them into pieces that are easy to eat.
Put yolk vinegar (see separate recipe) in a dish and place [2] to complete the dish.
