Crab cucumber rolls

First, peel the cucumbers that have been cut to a certain extent to the length of the crab meat. When peeling the katsura, it is easier to do by sticking chopsticks into the center of the cucumber.

How to make it

Cut off the outer skin of the cucumber and peel it off.

Spread the peeled cucumber and wrap it around with the crab legs as a core. Once you've finished rolling, cut off both ends and cut them into pieces that are easy to eat.

Put yolk vinegar (see separate recipe) in a dish and place [2] to complete the dish.
