Parmesan cheese tuile style

A simple snack made by heating cheese to melt it and baking it into a cracker. If you use a new frying pan with Teflon processing, the cheese won't stick to it and you can finish it neatly.
How to make it
1

Place the frying pan on low heat. Once it's warm enough, lightly spread the Parmesan cheese and heat it. The approximate amount of Parmesan cheese is around 10-20g per piece.

2

Once the cheese has completely melted, heat it for about a half minute, and when it dries and turns into a cracker, turn it over with a spatula.

3

Turn it over and cook for about 15 seconds, then remove it on a rolling pin and let it cool. You can create a curved shape by placing it on a rolling pin while it is still hot. Bake the remaining Parmesan cheese the same way.

4

Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
