Parmesan cheese tuile style
Place a frying pan over low heat. Once it is hot enough, sprinkle a thin layer of Parmesan cheese on top and continue to heat. Use about 10-20g of Parmesan cheese per slice
Once the cheese has completely melted, continue heating for about 1.5 minutes, and when it has dried and started to resemble rice crackers, flip it over with a spatula
Flip it over and cook for 15 seconds, then remove it to cool on a rolling pin. You can create a curved shape by placing it on a rolling pin while it's still hot. Repeat with the remaining Parmesan cheese
Serve in a bowl and you're done
