White fish kelp chomp
Put a toothpick into the white fish's eyes and put together the fish in one skewer for six fish.
Arrange [1] on top of the kelp, place the kelp on top, sandwich it, and place it at room temperature for about an hour.
It's fine as long as the flesh of the white fish becomes transparent. Serve the kelp together in a bowl and pour light soy sauce and green seaweed to finish.
