Baked apple with vanilla ice cream

It's good to eat it hot, but it's also delicious to chill. The sour red balls of apples are good, but they are hard to find, so they're OK with the ones that are normally available.
How to make it
1

Peel the apples, divide them into 4 equal parts, and remove the core.

2

Combine A in a bowl, place the apples and tangle them, place them in a silicon steamer, tear off the butter, and heat in the microwave (600W) for 16 minutes.

3

Transfer the sauce in a silicon steamer to a frying pan and simmer.

4

Place the apples on a plate, pour 3 over it, top with vanilla ice cream, and garnish with mint and you're done.
