Carrot salad with meat
An unusual salad with a slurping slurp, a slurp, and a homemade carrot dressing. Recommended as a menu item when you want to add one extra to your menu.
How to make it

For the meat simmered, I used stewed chicken. See a different recipe for how to make carrot dressing.

Cut the nishin into 1.5cm wide pieces and serve in a bowl.

Pour carrot dressing over the nishin and finish.
