Grilled beef rolls, made with egg yolk
Prepare egg yolk in soy sauce.
Put the ingredients other than the egg yolk in a bowl, mix well, soak the egg yolk and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
Cut the apples in long, thin pieces with the skin part at the edges so that the skin is accented. Soaking it in lemon water will prevent it from discoloring.
Remove the fat part of the beef and stack 2-3 pieces. Shake salt and pepper lightly and roll well into a stick. It's easier to wrap when you use a wrap.
Cut into 2-3cm wide pieces and stick one slice into the pick. Press the cross section to shape it.
Heat a frying pan, place a thin layer of oil on it, and grill the beef from [4]. Once one side is cooked, turn it over, turn it off and cook it with the remaining heat.
Serve in a bowl and serve with broccoli sprouts, apples and egg yolks in soy sauce.
