Mushroom yellowtail roll

How to make it

Remove the skin of the yellowtail and cut it into diagonal pieces about 5mm.

Cut the mushrooms into 5mm thick pieces and roll the mushrooms with yellowtail fillets.

Place the soaked onions, shredded carrots, and cucumbers in a bowl, and place [2] on top. Finish with salt and sesame oil.
