Spaghetti with rape flowers
Cut the rapeseed flowers in half, separating the flowers from the stems, and boil them in a pot with plenty of water and a pinch of salt (40-50 seconds). Once boiled, place them in ice water to prevent them from turning brown, then drain
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and chili pepper to a frying pan and fry the chopped bacon
Heat [2] over low heat, add the garlic, the rape blossoms from [1], 2 pinches of salt, a little pepper, 5g of parsley, and the pasta cooking water, and simmer until reduced, then turn off the heat after 2 minutes
Mix the cooked pasta with [3], drizzle olive oil (as needed) on top, add a little pepper and 3-4g of parsley, mix well, serve on a plate, and sprinkle with parsley on top
