Strawberry gelato
Remove the stems and place the strawberries in a blender with A until smooth.
Whisk the fresh cream in ice water, then add granulated sugar to whisk. Add [1], mix well, and cool in the fridge.
Beat the egg whites until they are whitish, add granulated sugar, and whisk more until they are slurping.
Mix together [2] and [3] and chill in the freezer overnight to harden.
Combine B to make a sauce, turn it into a plate, remove [4] with a dish and place it on top and garnish with mint.
