Chiwy Soup and Mozzarella
Spin the kiwi and lemon juice with a blender.
Bind [1].
Add a little salt and pepper to [2].
Cut the mozzarella into small pieces (small pieces divided into 4 equal parts), pour a little salt and pepper over it with Italian parsley.
Pull only 60cc of kiwi soup onto a plate, place mozzarella and tomatoes on top, and pour olive oil over it.
