Blend the kiwi and lemon juice in a blender

Add a little salt and pepper to [2]
Cut the mozzarella cheese into bite-sized pieces (cut small pieces into quarters) and sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and Italian parsley on top
Pour 60cc of kiwi soup onto a plate, top with mozzarella and tomatoes, and drizzle with olive oil
