Chiwy Soup and Mozzarella

Any leftover kiwi soup can be reused in other recipes. Use bite-sized mozzarella cheese made from buffalo milk
How to make it

Blend the kiwi and lemon juice in a blender

Add a little salt and pepper to [2]

Cut the mozzarella cheese into bite-sized pieces (cut small pieces into quarters) and sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and Italian parsley on top

Pour 60cc of kiwi soup onto a plate, top with mozzarella and tomatoes, and drizzle with olive oil
