How to make it

Cut the scallions and bacon into bite-sized pieces. Mix the sake and curry powder together.
Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan, add the bacon, and fry until just before it becomes crispy.

Add the raw cauliflower and fry in 1 tablespoon of oil

After frying for about 1 minute, add the ingredients ※ and continue to fry while melting the butter

Once the butter has melted, add the curry powder mixed in step (1) and stir-fry lightly
