Cauliflower and bacon stir-fried curry powder

Cauliflower is a good idea, so be careful not to overcook it. If you want to taste the aroma, such as butter, add it at the end.

How to make it

Cut the calflower and bacon into bite-sized pieces. Combine the sake and curry powder.
Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan, add the bacon and fry until it's ready to crisp.

Add the fresh cauliflower and add 1 tablespoon of salad oil and fry.

Fry for about 1 minute, then add * and stir-fry while melting the butter.

Once the butter has melted, turn the curry powder that was added in [1] and lightly stir-fry it to finish.
