I put princess skin and peppers
Shredded the princess skin. (Spread the skin and cut it with a knife. If you apply too much force, the parts that you want will also be cut, so use only the weight of the knife and cut only the soft parts into thin pieces at right angles to the fibers.)
Cut the peppers in half lengthwise, then take the seeds and cut them into shredded pieces along the fibers.
Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat it, lightly fry the peppers first, then add the princess skin and fry. Season with light soy sauce and stir-fry it over high heat for about 1 minute, then add a pinch of black sesame seeds to finish off.
