Lightly pickled turnip
To remove the air from the bag, if you don't mind, simply put your mouth over the opening of the bag and suck in the air. This will remove the air.
Peel the turnips and cut them in half, leaving about 2-3cm of the stem. Place the cut turnips in a bowl of water and thoroughly shake off any soil that has attached to the base of the stem
Drain the water from the turnip (1), place it in a plastic bag, and add 150cc of Shio Happo Bijin. Squeeze the air out of the bag, tie the top, and leave it for half a day to overnight until it is done
