Lightly pickled turnip
This is a way to deflate the air from the bag, but if you don't like it, place your mouth against the mouth of the bag and breathe in the air inside. This will remove the air.
Leave the stems of the turnip about 2-3cm, peel and cut in half. Put the cut turnip into a bowl filled with water and thoroughly remove any soil from the base of the stem.
Drain the turnip from [1], place it in a plastic bag, and put it in 150cc of Shio Happo Bijin. Remove the air from the bag, tie the mouth, and leave it like this for half a day to one night to complete the process.
