Cucumber mayonnaise sauce
The key to making cucumbers and onions taste good is to remove the water before mixing them.
How to make it

Peel the cucumber skin (only the hard part) and cut into small pieces into 2mm widths, then slice the onion thinly. Sprinkle with salt to remove the water, and squeeze it out.
