Fried thick asparagus
Remove the roots of asparagus about 2cm and peel the skin with a peeler. Sprinkle the whole with cake flour and add beaten egg whites and raw bread crumbs in the order.
Put the salad oil in a frying pan and heat it, add the asparagus, drop it with aluminum foil, cover it, and fried and bake.
When the color is browned, turn it over and cook the whole thing in a golden brown state.
Once cooked, cut in half and place on a plate to finish. Sprinkle with salt.
