Cucumber soup
Chop cucumbers, onions and 1/2 of the amount of fruit tomatoes. Chop the remaining fruit tomatoes roughly.
Made with cucumber salad and pour water over a blender and rub. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the chopped cucumbers, onions, fruit tomatoes and olive oil.
Serve on a plate and finish with coarsely slurp tomatoes, clams and olive oil.
