Pumpkin salad
Cover the pumpkin with plastic wrap and place in the microwave until soft, then crushed roughly.
Thinly slice the onion, salt it, and wash it with water when it's soft. Squeeze it tightly and drain it. Cut the ham into 3mm wide cubes.
Put A into the pumpkin in 1, mix lightly, then add the onion and ham and mix again. Cool this, and when it's cool, add B and mix. Sprinkle some parsley to finish off.
