Fluffy eggs and cherry shrimp with XO sauce

Mix 4 eggs and 1 tablespoon of XO soy sauce together
Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil (not included in the recipe) in a frying pan and cook until half-cooked, then place on a plate
Heat the XO sauce and Chinese soup from [A] in a frying pan, then add the water-dissolved potato starch to make the filling
Pour the filling from [1] over the eggs and it's done
