Fried with minced meat and takana
After the soup stock was prepared, the remaining minced meat was infused with the flavor of soy sauce and other ingredients to make a dish that goes well with rice. Sprinkle plenty over rice and eat.

How to make it

Chop the takana and garlic finely.

Fry the takana and garlic in a heated frying pan with 1 tablespoon of balm oil.

Add the minced meat stock and stir-fry more, then add all [A] to remove the juice. Finish by pouring sesame oil in it and it's finished.
