Spinach Jade Fried Rice
Pour beaten eggs in a heated frying pan with 1 tablespoon of salad oil and quickly add the rice.
Use the back of the ladle to mix the rice and eggs evenly.
Fry the frying pan while stirring, and once the rice and eggs are evenly placed, add the roughly chopped ham and jade puree and fry over high heat.
The whole thing turns green, the moisture fades and the product is finished.
