Spinach Jade Fried Rice
Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan, pour the beaten eggs in all at once, and quickly add the rice
Use the back of a ladle to mix the rice and eggs until evenly combined
Stir fry while swirling the frying pan until the rice and eggs are evenly mixed, then add the roughly chopped ham and jade puree and continue to stir fry over high heat
It's done when it turns green all over, the moisture has evaporated, and it becomes crumbly
