Creamy Penne with Broccoli and Roast Ham
Separate the broccoli into small florets. Cut the roast ham into julienne strips. Thinly slice the onion
Put A into a frying pan and heat, add the onion and fry, then add the ham, add the white wine, salt and coarsely ground black pepper
Add B to the frying pan and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat
Add salt to boiling water and boil the penne and broccoli together. (I boiled it for 13 minutes, one minute before the stated time.)
Add the boiled penne and broccoli to the frying pan, add the Parmesan cheese and butter and mix. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with parsley to finish
