Cucumber and avocado with white toppings
Place the grilled tofu in a bowl and mash it with a ladle or something. Once the shape is gone, add sesame paste, sugar and light soy sauce and mix well.
Cut the cucumber into small pieces, sprinkle a little salt and rub it to remove any moisture that comes out.
Add cucumber to the bowl in [1] and mix the whole thing. Finally, add some cut avocados that are easy to eat and mix them to avoid losing their shape and you're done.
