How to make it

Put 2 tablespoons each of mirin and dark soy sauce into a bowl, add the sea bream and marinate for about 3 minutes

Arrange (1) on aluminum foil and grill for about 10 minutes

Add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar to the remaining sauce from [1] and spread an appropriate amount of this on the grilled sea bream

Sprinkle a suitable amount of kinome pounded with a knife over the sea bream and it's done
