The sea bream is delicious to eat as sashimi, but it's also a good idea to add a little extra effort to make it a luxurious pot of pottery. The kinbuds you add at the end will enhance the aroma.

How to make it

Put mirin and dark soy sauce in a bowl in two tablespoons, add the sea bream and soy sauce and soak it for about 3 minutes.

Arrange [1] on top of aluminum foil and cook on the grill for about 10 minutes.

Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar to the leftover sauce from [1] and apply an appropriate amount of this to the sea bream where the sea bream is cooked.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of kinome buds that have been hit with a knife on top of the sea bream and you're done.
