Sea bream nigiri sushi
If the fish has skin, remove it using a knife and your hands. Wipe off any excess moisture from the fish
Pull the knife from the base to the tip and cut into bite-sized pieces
Dip your palms in vinegar and cut the sushi rice into bite-sized pieces. Then combine with (2). Wrap the rice in your left hand and press it down with the fingers of your right hand to form a ball. (Add wasabi to taste.)
Arrange on a plate and it's done
