Sea bream nigiri sushi

If the fish has skin, peel it off using a knife and hand. Wipe away any water from the fish.

Pull the knife from the root first and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Add vinegar to your palm and prepare the vinegared rice to a bite-sized size, then combine it with [2]. Wrap it in your left hand and hold it in place with your right finger. (Plus in wasabi if you like.)

Arrange it on a plate and it's finished.
