How to make it

Soak the dried daikon radish in water and squeeze out the water thoroughly

Soak the vermicelli in water and cut into bite-sized pieces

Heat the basic vegetable soup in a pot and add the dried daikon radish and vermicelli

Season with salt and garnish with green onions to finish
