Fried squid and takana with aroma
Make a cut inside the squid.
Turn the squid sideways and make a deep cut. Slightly shift it a little and cut it a second time. When opened, it becomes the shape of [V].
Add the ingredients from the [Purchase] in order to the squid and mix carefully while kneading.
Add enough water to soak the squid, and 1 tablespoon salad oil (not included in the amount), and once it boils, quickly boil the squid and drain.
Fry 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a heated frying pan to bring out the aroma, then add takana, Chinese soup and pepper to bring it to a boil.
Add boiled squid and stir-fry it quickly, then thicken it with water-dissolved potato starch and finish.
