Basic fried chicken
Remove excess fat and cut the chicken into large bite-sized pieces.
Combine soy sauce, sake, ginger, garlic and pepper in a bowl.
Add the chicken, rub it well and soak the marinated fish for about 15 minutes.
In a separate bat, mix the cake flour and potato starch and sprinkle it over the chicken.
Fry in 170°C oil for 2-3 minutes, then turn it and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Once the color is browned, remove it and serve with lemon.
