Tofu with white tofu
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper and leave for about 10 minutes to drain.
Slice the cucumbers into thin slices and shredded carrots.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and ground sesame seeds in a bowl and mix well.
Place the drained tofu in a bowl and gently disassemble with a fork.
Add the vegetables, add seasonings and gently mix the whole thing.
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with additional sesame seeds if you like to complete.
