Long onion sauce with saury

This dish is simply served with the aroma of green onions and the flavor of sweet sauce. Cut the green onions as thin as possible.

How to make it

Shredded the green onions. Heat 3 tablespoons of salad oil in a frying pan, add shredded green onions and salt, and fry. Once the green onions are soft, transfer them to another dish.

Heat 1 tsp salad oil (not included) in the same frying pan and cook it through the salmon crust. Once the skin is browned thoroughly, turn it over.

Once the salmon has cooked, place it on a plate and pour the prepared green onion sauce over it to finish.
