Spanish mackerel with green onion sauce
Shred the green onions. Heat 3 tablespoons of salad oil in a frying pan, add the shredded green onions and salt, and fry. Once the green onions have softened, transfer them to another container
Heat 1 teaspoon of salad oil (not included in the recipe) in the same frying pan and fry the mackerel skin side first. Once the skin is well browned, flip it over
Once the mackerel is cooked, place it on a plate and pour the green onion sauce over it
