Pork belly and green onions soba noodles

How to make it

Slice the white onions diagonally thinly. Without oil in a frying pan, fry the pork belly.

Once the pork has been cooked, add [A] and the white leeks and fry the whole thing.

Once the onion is soft, add [B] and warm it.

Place boiled soba noodles in a bowl, pour in [3], pour in green onions and shichimi, and you're done.

    Happo-mibijin (can be used as a substitute with soy sauce + mirin)
    1 tablespoon
  • sugar
    1 tsp
  • [B]
    Happo-mibijin (can be used as a substitute with soy sauce + mirin)
    3/2 tbsp
  • Bonito dashi
    200cc
  • Dried noodles soba *Separate recipe: Please refer to How to boil soba (10.3 rules).
