Beef rice bento
Heat the ingredients for sauce in a pot and melt the miso to make sauce.
Dry roast the shredded cabbage in a frying pan without oiling and remove it.
Without oil in the same frying pan, quickly stir-fry the beef, then add 2 tablespoons of [1] sauce to mix in the flavor.
Place dry roasted cabbage on top of rice, place beef, pour a little sauce over it, and serve with ginger to finish.
