Beef rice bento
Heat the sauce ingredients in a pot and dissolve the miso to make the sauce
Dry fry the shredded cabbage in a frying pan without oil and set aside
In the same frying pan, quickly fry the beef without adding oil, then add 2 tablespoons of the sauce from [1] and mix well to combine the flavors
Place the dry-fried cabbage on top of the rice, then add the beef, drizzle with a little more sauce, and garnish with pickled ginger to complete
