Add some shrimp seasoning
Remove the shrimp's vein and peel the shell
Add salt and potato starch and mix well. (The potato starch will remove any dirt on the surface of the shrimp.)
Once the potato starch has been mixed into the shrimp, rinse thoroughly under running water. (This will also remove the shrimp's odor.)
Absorb the moisture thoroughly with paper towels
Place the shrimp in a bowl after wiping off any excess moisture, then rub in the ingredients (A) in order from top to bottom until the seasoning is complete
