Steamed bitter melon and pork
It's a time-saving dish that can be easily made without any hassle, as you simply combine the meat and seasonings and marinate them.
Remove the bitter melon with a spoon and rub with salt. When the bitter melon becomes soft with salt, slice it into thin slices.
Soak in [A], mixed with seasoned pork for about 10 minutes.
Add thinly sliced bitter melon and shredded ginger to the bowl in [2] and mix well with chopsticks.
Place [3] on a plate to a uniform height, place plenty of white onions, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave until the meat is cooked through. (It tastes even better when steamed in a steamer.)
Finish by spinning 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and finishing.
