Broccoli pickled in salted sauce

Salt Happo Mibijin is a pickled soup with a rich aroma of garlic and bonito. It can be used for somen noodles as well as pickles, so make a lot and store them.

How to make it

Add a small amount of salt (not included) to plenty of water to cook the broccoli and remove it in ice water to prevent coloring. After thoroughly wiping off the water, place it in a bag, add 2 tablespoons of salted, hachi-cho beauty and close the mouth tightly.

Soak for about 30 minutes, then put in a bowl, then add shredded sweet and sour ginger to finish.
