How to make it

Put the sake and mirin in a pot, heat it, and boil it. (If the white bubbles disappear after a few minutes, it is proof that the alcohol has disappeared.)

In the pot in [1], lightly squashed with a knife and pour garlic, bonito grapes, and salt, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
