Heshiko Olive Oil Dressing
This sauce is made by soaking the umami flavor of heshiko into oil. Try combining it with a variety of ingredients, such as pouring it over tofu or using it as a salad dressing.
How to make it

Chop the heshiko into roughly finely and fry in a frying pan with olive oil.

Once everything has blended, add shredded shredded shiso leaves and remove from heat.
