How to make it

Scrape off the bud at the tip of the raw rape flowers with an appropriate amount, combine it with the same amount of sansho leaves as the bud, and pound it finely with a knife.

Shabu-shabu beef in boiling water, then drop it in ice water and wipe off the water thoroughly.
