Sakura minced meat cutlet
Peel the potatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and microwave until soft. It's easier to make if you prepare a larger amount than the recipe calls for (about 300g)
Add minced horse meat and finely chopped onion to the mashed potatoes and mix
Add [A] and mix well, then divide into 6 equal parts and form into flat circles. Coat with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in that order, and fry in oil heated to 160-170°C. Once golden brown, the mixture is ready
Remove to a wire rack to drain the oil, then serve on a paper-lined plate
