Sakura Menchi Cutlet

Peel the potatoes, cut them into appropriate sizes, and microwave them to make them soft. It's easier to make if you prepare a larger amount than the amount (about 300g).

Add the crushed potatoes, minced horse meat with a knife and minced onions and mix.

Add [A] and when the whole mixture is mixed, divide it into 6 equal parts and combine it into a flat, circular shape. Apply the battering flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in order, and fry in deep frying oil heated to 160-170°C. It's fine as long as it's golden fried.

Remove onto a net and drain the oil. Serve it in a paper-lined bowl and it's finished.
