How to make it
1

Lightly cut the pork loin with a knife on the fat side.

2

Soak in a mixture of mirin and soy sauce for a few minutes.

3

Soak it in pineapple miso overnight.

4

Soak overnight, then slowly lower the heat in a frying pan without adding any oil.

5

Once one side is browned, grill the back side in the same way, and once the heat passes through inside, remove it and cut it into pieces that are easy to eat.

6

Heat peanut oil (seed oil is also acceptable) in the same frying pan, add a little salt and quickly fry the bean sprouts.

7

Serve the pork with fried bean sprouts and finish.
