Butterbur and pork belly teriyaki rolls

Coat the prepared butterbur with flour
Roll the pork belly around the butterbur that has been dusted with flour
Heat 1 tablespoon of light sesame oil in a frying pan and fry [2]
Once the surface is browned, add Happomibijin and sugar and simmer
Once the sauce has thickened, cut it into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a plate
