How to make it
1

Wrap a heat-resistant bat (a baking dish is fine) in aluminum foil and cover it with half the pork belly ⇒ 3 mochi pieces ⇒ remaining pork belly ⇒ 3 mochi pieces ⇒ 3 cheese pieces.

2

Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a toaster (600W) for 10-15 minutes. (If the cheese does not brown, remove the aluminum foil halfway through.)

3

Once it's browned, it's finished. You can peel it off from the aluminum foil and cut it into pieces.
