How to make it
1

Wrap a heat-resistant tray (or a gratin dish) in aluminum foil and cover with half the pork belly, then 3 slices of rice cake, then the remaining pork belly, then 3 slices of rice cake, and then 3 slices of cheese in that order

2

Cover lightly with aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven (600W) for 10 to 15 minutes. (If the cheese does not brown properly, remove the aluminum foil halfway through.)

3

Once golden brown, it's done. You can also remove it from the aluminum foil and cut it into bite-sized pieces
