Whale Tatsuta Fried

Cut the lean whale into about 1cm wide, pour [A] and knead it to mix and season it.

Sprinkle the whole potato starch and place in frying oil heated to 180°C for about 2 minutes. Remove once on a net, then put it in frying oil heated to 180°C and fry twice. The second time you just fry it quickly.

Drain the oil and place it in a bowl and it's finished.
