Whale Tatsuta Fried
Cut the whale lean meat into pieces about 1cm wide, pour over [A] and rub in to season
Coat the whole with potato starch and deep fry in oil heated to 180°C for about 2 minutes. Remove to a wire rack and then return to the oil heated to 180°C for a second deep fry. A quick deep fry is fine the second time
Drain the oil and serve in a serving dish
