Handmade sprinkle made with bonito flakes

Lightly loosen the bonito flakes.
Dry roast the white sesame seeds over medium heat.
Mix soy sauce, sugar and salt to make a seasoning.
Fry the bonito flakes in a frying pan and mix with the seasoning liquid.
Remove the crude heat, add sesame seeds and seaweed and mix.
Allow to cool completely and place in a storage container.
