Fried noodles with red chili peppers and potatoes

Wash the shredded raw potatoes under running water and drain thoroughly. (Washing removes the starch from the potatoes, improving their texture.)
Heat 1 tablespoon of fragrant oil in a frying pan and fry the red chili pepper and Japanese peppercorns slowly to bring out the aroma
Add the washed potatoes from [1] to [2] and stir-fry to evaporate the water
Once the potatoes are soft, add (A) and the basic yakisoba noodles
Once the flavors have blended well, finish by adding soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili oil to add flavor
