Fried red chili peppers and potatoes

Wash the shredded raw potatoes under running water and drain well. (Washing it removes starch from potatoes and has the effect of improving the feel of the mouth.)
Heat 1 tablespoon of balm oil in a frying pan and fry the red chili peppers and sansho pepper. Take your time to make the scent stand out.
Add the potatoes washed with [1] to [2] and fry them to remove any moisture.
Once the potatoes are soft, add <A> and basic yakisoba noodles.
Once the flavor has become familiar throughout, add soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili oil to finish off and add aroma.
