Fried red chili peppers and potatoes

The trick is to cut the potatoes as thinly as possible to make them easier to cook. The sweetness of potatoes and the tangy spicy of the red chili peppers are a perfect match for this dish that will stimulate your appetite.

How to make it

Wash the shredded raw potatoes under running water and drain well. (Washing it removes starch from potatoes and has the effect of improving the feel of the mouth.)

Heat 1 tablespoon of balm oil in a frying pan and fry the red chili peppers and sansho pepper. Take your time to make the scent stand out.

Add the potatoes washed with [1] to [2] and fry them to remove any moisture.
