Oyster fried chives

Without oil, heat the frying pan and fry the eringi.
Once the eringi is soft, add the pork kneaded with soy sauce and stir-fry.
Once the pork is cooked, add <A> and half the leek sliced 3cm wide (50g).
Add basic yakisoba noodles to [3]. Soak the noodles in the soup, add the remaining chives (50g) and fry over high heat.
Finish by pouring sesame oil in it and it's done.
