How to make it

Heat a frying pan without adding oil and fry the king oyster mushrooms

Once the king oyster mushrooms have softened, add the pork that has been rubbed with soy sauce and stir-fry

Once the pork is cooked through, add (A) and half the chives (50g) cut into 3cm pieces
