Mala tofu
Heat 1.5 tablespoons of chili oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic and white leeks. Add the <A> seasoning to the scent.
Add the tofu cut into 6 equal parts to [1]. Cover and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Once the flavor has soaked into the tofu, the finishing touches with roasted sesame, chili oil, and balm oil are poured into the aroma to create a perfect aroma.
