How to make it

Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan and fry the ginger and garlic. Once the scent is in effect, add dried shrimp and canned scallops and boiled water and fry to remove any moisture.

Add beaten eggs fried in [1], boiled potatoes, or kinobus if you like and mix well.

Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil into a frying pan and pour in the beaten egg.

Stir thoroughly on both sides. Chop the green onions and serve them to finish.
