Pot-au-feu

Cut the potatoes and carrots into pieces, cut the fried tofu into pieces that are easy to eat, and cut the sausage in half.
Put 2 cups of bonito soup stock in a pot, add the cut [1] and heat it. Remove the lid with aluminum foil.
After simmering for about 20 minutes, remove the aluminum foil, season with light soy sauce and mirin, remove from the heat and let cool for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, heat it again and it's finished. Serve in a bowl and topped with green onions if desired.
