Stir-fried menma and pork

Rub salt, soy sauce and potato starch thoroughly into shredded pork loin.
Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the pork from [1]. Once the pork is browned thoroughly, remove it.
Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan again and fry the thinly sliced ginger and green onions. Add the menma to the aroma and stir-fry.
Add sake, Chinese soup, and pork from [2] that I had fried earlier to [3] and simmer it in a simmer so that the soup is added to the menma.
When the soup is half-simmered, add <A> and fry over high heat to remove any moisture.
Finish with sesame oil and chili oil, then add some sprouts and add some sprouts to finish.
